Spring cone crusher is cone crusher which is the earliest appearance in the world, and it is used widest and larger quantity crush mechanism in present. Features and Benefits
1) The motor drives the eccentric shaft bushing by a horizontal axle and a pair of triangle gear , which forces the the flexible cone to swing along the inner surface of the fixed cone.
2)As the flexible cone close towards the fixed cone,the materials will be pressed , crushed and crooked by the function of the flexible cone. So that’s how the crushing cavity forms.
3) As the flexible cone leaves the fixed cone,the materials which has been crushed will fall down freely as the result of the gravity . The final products will form after sevaral kinds of repeating work.
